New Wafer Cleaner for the Lithium Niobate Line Arrives at IMS CHIPS
Last week marked a significant milestone at IMS CHIPS: the delivery and installation of a state-of-the-art Ramgraber cleaning system for Q.ANT GmbH’s lithium niobate line. This new system is a key component of the cutting-edge production environment, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and quality control.
The delivery involved multiple heavy-duty packages, some weighing up to 600 kg. The multi-step installation process included:
- Unpacking and acclimatization of components.
- Initial cleaning to ensure optimal preparation.
- Transporting the components into the cleanroom for further cleaning.
- Precision assembly of all modules.
In the coming days, the final steps will be completed, making the cleaning system fully operational.
